Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders.


Shipping & Handling endeavors to ship purchases of in-stock items within 1 business day of receiving your order. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization.

We ship via US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx.  Available options include Standard Ground, Second Business Day and Next Business Day. If you select Second Business Day or Next Business Day, then your order must be placed by 11 a.m. Central Time to qualify. Standard Ground delivery packages should arrive at your door within four to six business days after your order has been processed at

Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.


Shipping Locations or Addresses

Each separate address, including gift addresses, you instruct us to ship to will be considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.  Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to outside the US.

APO/FPO orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and are delivered within 2 weeks, video of, however please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once it has been delivered to the APO/FPO, is not responsible for the package, nor can we track shipment of the package.

Special Handling

Some items available on require special handling. These items will be specified at time of ordering.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your shipment date for merchandise items.

All purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing or crediting an item. All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form. For your convenience, the exchange/return form is enclosed with every purchase. Failure to include this form will delay return processing.

All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item, and your credit should appear on your next statement. An email notification will be sent to you confirming our receipt of your returned items.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.

Follow these simple steps to return items:

  1. Indicate the item(s) that you are returning on the return form.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form.
  3. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
  4. If you don't have the original return documentation, or if you have any other questions about your return, please contact us.
  5. We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Returns with complete documentation will receive priority. Your refund will be posted to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and (Next Level) can't be responsible for returns lost while in transit to us.


Cancellations or Changes to Orders

Should any customer place an order through and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the shipping of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order has been shipped then no refund can be issued. Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a bad work or home address.  The customer can obtain new information so the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.

Adjustments to orders currently in processing may be accommodated by contacting.

Note: Orders that are made by 1:00 PM CST will be shipped out by 5:00 PM CST on that day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday and National Holidays).



We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, first of all, accept our apologies. We'll let you know about it by sending you an email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and, of course, you won't be charged for it. Don't worry, though, the rest of your order will be shipped just like you asked us to.
